Shipping & Returns Policy

We pack pints of gelato in a well-insulated shipping box under dry ice. It gets colder inside that box than it does in your freezer: -109.3°F. 

Depending on the destination and the shipping method you choose, we'll include enough dry ice in the box to keep the gelato frozen well into the evening of the delivery date. 

We ship your box via FedEx.

Standard shipping is 2nd-day delivery (ground or air, depending on the destination) from California. Some destinations closer to our location will arrive sooner.

If you need the gelato the very next day, select Next Day Air. But if you can wait, opt for 2nd day delivery and save yourself the money.

Because we are shipping a perishable food product, we do not offer any returns except in instances of defects or items delivered other then ordered. You must contact us within 48 hours to arrange return and appropriate shipping.
