How long will Millie's last in my freezer (that is, if I don't eat it all in one sitting)?
Millie's will last more than a month in your freezer... but if you haven't finished eating the pint by then, we'll perhaps we need to send our gelato doctor to make sure you are ok :)
Are Millie's gelatos gluten-free?
Not only are Millie's gelatos gluten-free, they are also soy-free and lactose-free.
When will Millie's come to my neighborhood farmer's market?
Millie's handcrafted gelatos are a labor of love. We are intentionally small so that we can maintain our quality and connection to the community and our suppliers. Please check our blog posts for updates—you can always order online and we'll send directly to you!
Do you plan to sell Millie's gelato in stores?
Not at the moment. We want to stay as close to our customers as possible, so we are managing our growth to be reasonable and sustainable. Stay tuned and check the blog often for more news.

Absolutely! In fact if you are hosting a party or a get-together and you need something special for someone special, please let us know! We love playing in the kitchen to create custom flavors.
What is the benefit of using raw ingredients?
Millie's ingredients are enzymatically active and nutritious, we prefer minimal processing to maintain all the healthful goodness and flavor of our gourmet ingredients. Visit our nutrition page for more information.
Why is Millie's Gelato so expensive?
Millie's gelato is made from scratch. We start with making our own raw organic almond milk, add cashews and other quality ingredients (raw cacao) each flavor is hand blended and mixed, then frozen in small batches.... lot's of love
Does Millie's use high-fructose corn syrup?
Ha! A trick question! We never use low-quality sweeteners; we use only raw agave in all of our gelatos.
